This review is from: Weazel Ball – The Weasel Rolls with Ball (Toy)
My hyper pug loves this toy. It gets her really excited and keeps her busy. Two problems, though:
-because it’s hard plastic, it can hit the wall with alot of force. This can cause the black rubbery strip around the middle to scuff white baseboards.
-it does tend to get hung up on corners. It will sit there and vibrate for a while, then finally move on along the wall. It gets really loud sometimes when it gets stuck. Not a quiet toy.

It’s true what they say; “a rolling stone gathers no moss.” Yet somehow this charming rolling weasel has not only managed to gather some moss (at least, I think it’s moss), but my heart as well.
I initially picked this little rascal out as an automated playmate for my cat, Danny Paws – and I instantly saw an improvement in his behavior and temperament! It seemed my Danny Paws had finally found a companion who would not run away when he bat it with his paws, or defecate in his food bowl! He spent hours playing with it! And when he curled up for the night, it was always with his Weazel Ball. We would turn it on and then wrap it in some blankets so it wouldn’t roll around, and he would lay there and enjoy the vibrations (my husband seemed to think this was odd, but no one cares what he thinks anymore LOL)
Sadly, Danny Paws died, but the Weazel Ball continues to roll through the house in his absence, its gentle whirring and thumping filling the void in my heart left by my deceased cat and the husband who left me for my sister.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 🙂

I saw a Weazel Ball at a store the other day and thought it might be nice – but I should get it online to save a few bucks. After buying this one off Amazon, I should have just bought it at the store. The unit I purchased operates similarly, but is not quite the same.
Peculiar features that make this model less desirable: -You must open the case to turn the model on-and-off; no external power switch. Plus, it involves removing a battery from a moving/rotating case. -The case will actually open as it rolls around. This make it hard to keep a toddler entertained for more than a few minutes, and potentially poses a safety hazard.

Not as good (or the same) as the one I found in the store,
